Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on knickers (including Brazilian Knickers, Control Knickers, Cotton Knickers, and High Waist Knickers) unless they are faulty. All other intimate apparel is eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your return securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship your return to our address in Hereford using a trackable service (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
  5. Wait for processing – we’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply)

Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or style:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return

If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label (where applicable)
  • We’ll ship the correct/replacement item as soon as possible
