We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Bare Bralettes purchase as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns process works:
Our Return Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging is required
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Important Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on knickers (including Brazilian Knickers, Control Knickers, Cotton Knickers, and High Waist Knickers) unless they are faulty. All other intimate apparel is eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps:
- Email us at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your return securely in the original packaging
- Ship your return to our address using a trackable service (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
- Wait for processing – we’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or style:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product:

- We’ll provide a prepaid return label (where applicable)
- We’ll ship the correct/replacement item as soon as possible
